Get to Know Me

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually starting my own practice! As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Assoicate, in the Mason and Thurston County areas, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to assist them in their self-love journey and development.

I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2018, I have worked with a variety of patients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

I have experience in working both in-patient and outpatient providing one to one and family therapy as well as provide support for our local schools speaking to our youth as well as the parents. I believe our schools are needing additional support and am happy to strengthen the bond our families are faced with each and every day so our children can thrive on a daily basis. Another area of focus of mine is facilitating groups for children and adults. With over 15 years of experience of running groups, I've seen exceptional growth in all who participate.

Another part of me is my family. I'm married to my husband for 21 years and we have three beautiful children. I believe it is with my life experiences I can bring normalcy to those who I mentor on their healing journey. When I am not working or volunteering in the community you will find me at the beach, camping or baking. Another favorite thing of mine to do is canning! I love the berry season here in Washington ~ it is bountiful and delicious.
